I recently curated ANIMATION REIMAGINED in which I asked some of the best contemporary artists today to reimagine some of the best animated films, characters, and cartoons in their particular artistic style.  This beautiful exhibition opened April 14th, 2018 at Modern Eden Gallery in the North Beach Neighborhood of San Francisco.  We had a spectacular turnout throughout the evening, and a huge thank all who made it out to the show!  A very special thanks to the many various artists for their participation and Modern Eden Gallery owners Kim Larson and Bradley Platz… this show simply couldn’t have come together without all of your hard work.

Together we had over 55+ participating artists from around the world in this exhibition.  ANIMATION REIMAGINED was the culmination of 3 months of planning, organization, and over 1k emails… and I’m so pleased with the exhibition and the amazing works each artist created for the show.

I tried to take as many photos as I could throughout the evening, hope you enjoy this extensive look into opening night of ANIMATION REIMAGINED.

To purchase any of the art shown, or to simply get an up close and personal look at each work visit Modern Eden’s online Animation Reimagined gallery here:

The show is free and open to the public, and can be viewed at Modern Eden Gallery until May 5th, 2018!  Stop by and say hi!

Cheers! 🙂
