Comedic actress Jane Morris hails from Chicago’s famed Second City and is one of the best improvisational actors on the planet today. She has had a successful career as a working actress in Los Angeles, with film and television work ranging from Pretty Woman to The Drew Carey Show. In addition to her stage and industry experience, Morris has been leading edge improvisational teacher. She has educated well known actors and actresses, as well as some Saturday Night Live’s best talent to grow and evolve their skill sets.
“What she does so well is never upstage,” said well known director Gary Marshall. ”That’s why I like her. She can work with the biggest stars, be amusing, but never cut into the star’s work.”
In this video Morris shares her thoughts on improvisation, as well as us inspiring us to “play” more with our own lives.
