This is a pretty cool idea for a group show…

Gallery Heist owner Julianne Yates literally brought the street into the formal gallery setting. Over a series of weeks found wood and signage was gathered around the city of San Francisco, brought into Gallery Heist, and was assembled, painted, posted, and sprayed with some of the finest street art talent from around the world.

The result?

An interest juxtaposition of mixed media, fine art, and street works in a show that is unlike many others featuring street content. It’s raw, fresh, and each piece gives a glimpse into the street artist mind in a microcosmic faux setting. Fascinating, we recommend checking it out.
